The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Dina’s New Secret Is A Game-changer

The Young and the Restless rumors indicate that Dina (Marla Adams) has a secret that will rock Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) world.

At the moment, the Abbott family is in shambles after it was revealed that Ashley tampered with Jack’s (Peter Bergman) DNA results, making him believe he wasn’t an Abbott. The motive behind Ashley’s plan was to get revenge on Jack for initiating the blood clause contract, and to make herself CEO of Jabot.

When her plan was revealed, Ashley was ousted as CEO and the rest of the family began to turn their backs on her.

But that may not be the end of Ashley’s turmoil. According to previews, a secret from Dina’s past is going to be revealed and it revolves around Ashley.

So what could this secret be?

One theory has to do with Ashley’s biological father. Longtime Y&R viewers know that Ashley grew up thinking that John (Jerry Douglas) was her father; however she would later learn that a man named Brent Davis was her real father. Ashley’s paternity has been a vocal point in recent storylines and it appears it’s not over yet.

On soap operas, paternity stories are always being rewritten so it’s possible the same will be done for Ashley.Despite her manipulations, Ashley has garnered support from fans, who believe she was justified in doing what she did. For years, Jack ran Jabot, while Ashley worked in the lab. Many fans felt that Ashley was treated unfairly compared to Jack.

With the recent family drama, Ashley is going to be leaving town soon. So could the writers throw in a plot twist to leave the door open for a future return?
