The Young and The Restless Spoilers: Billy Blindsided By Phyllis’ Betrayal, Spirals Out Of Control

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Billy (Jason Thompson) will continue to go on a downward spiral after learning of Phyllis’ (Gina Tognoni) betrayal.

Billy has had a tough time the last couple of weeks. First, he had to deal with Summer (Bayley Corman) flirting with him and attempting to drive a wedge between him and Phyllis. Summer’s plan failed, and Phyllis and Billy stayed together.

But Billy’s problems grew worse when started gambling again. His gambling got so out of hand, that he resorted to embezzling money from Jabot to cover his debts.

Upon discovering Billy’s deception, Jack (Peter Bergman) agreed to help Billy pay back the money as long as he went to rehab. Yet, that wasn’t enough to help Billy keep his job. Ashley (Eileen Davidson) held a meeting in which Billy was voted out as CEO and Traci (Beth Maitland) took over as the head of the company.

Between his gambling addiction and losing his job, Billy’s faced a tough road. But it’s about to get worse when he learns that Phyllis slept with Nick (Joshua Morrow).

This week, the secret of Phyllis and Nick’s night together is finally revealed, which is going to cause a lot of drama for everyone involved. Billy is going to be furious over Phyllis’ betrayal and this could be the end of Y&R favorite couple.

Phyllis has stuck with Billy throughout all his troubles when everybody else had given up on him. He was even considering asking Phyllis to marry him, but after her secret get out, it looks like the engagement plans will be put on hold.

After learning that his girlfriend cheated, Billy’s downward spiral could get worse. He’s been known to resort to old habits whenever he gets upset, and Billy could go back to gambling or turn to the bottle.

How will Phyllis’ betrayal affect Billy? Will the couple be able to work out their problems? Or will Billy dump Phyllis to concentrate on improving his life?
