The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) has a proposal for Nick (Joshua Morrow) that he can’t refuse. With all of the drama with the Fenmore hack, Chelsea has decided that the best way to save herself is a distraction. That’s why she’s come up with a new plan to marry Nick!

It hasn’t taken Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) very long to figure out that Chelsea might be behind the thefts at her design company. After it was revealed that a mysterious woman named Alexandra West was behind the hacking, Chelsea made a secret trip to the bank to close her account. And now Phyllis wants Chelsea to take a lie detector test.
Of course, Chelsea is going to do whatever it takes to move past this. She’s even suggested to everyone that they should just take the financial loss and call it a day. She doesn’t want to hear anything more about it, prompting not only Phyllis to become even more suspicious, but Nick, too!
Seeing how everyone is on to her, Chelsea comes up with a plan to propose to Nick. After all, the two are madly in love and Chelsea truly cares for him. Plus, Chelsea needs someone right now. After she lost Adam, (Justin Hartley) things just haven’t been the same. With Nick, she’s managed to not only move on but fall deeply in love with a man that cares about her. Now the only question is whether or not Nick will say yes. If he doesn’t, then Chelsea might find herself in an even bigger mess!
