With Kyle Abbott on the verge of a big return, it’s no surprise that there are rumors floating around indicating that the soap opera is also bringing back Hunter King’s character Summer Newman.

But, it doesn’t look like Hunter King has any interest in returning to daytime TV. The actress now has a full time primetime gig on CBS’ hit sitcom Life In Pieces. And, when she isn’t working on that series, her Instagram reveals that she has a very serious boyfriend and has been doing some traveling in her free time.
Would CBS recast the role of Summer Newman along with Kyle Abbott? So far no one fro the soap opera has confirmed nor denied the rumors, but that doesn’t mean that it won’t be happening somewhere down the line.

The character of Summer Newman has so many ties to Genoa City, it’s almost impossible not to bring her back at some point.
