The Young And The Restless RUMOR: Romance For Kyle And Mariah?

The Young and the Restless rumors indicate that Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) friendship could be leading to romance.

Since Kyle returned to Genoa City, he and Mariah have struck up a friendship. Fans have noticed the chemistry between the two characters and wonder if the two will become a couple.

Kyle’s main love interest has always been Summer (Hunter King). When Summer returned to town, it looked like she and Kyle would rekindle their relationship. However, Summer has her sights set on her mother’s boyfriend Billy (Jason Thompson).

As for Mariah, she’s been unlucky when it comes to love. In the past, she had a crush on Kevin (Greg Rikaart), but he didn’t feel the same way and the two remained in the friend zone. She did have a brief relationship with Devon (Bryton James), yet the two realized they were better off as friends than lovers.

Mariah then realized she was in love with Tessa (Cait Fairbanks), yet their relationship was plagued by drama before it even started. When Tessa stole Mariah’s diary to write songs for her album, the two women ended their friendship. But after some time, Mariah forgave Tessa and the two started to make strides in becoming a couple. Yet, their relationship was once again put on hold when Tessa left town to go help her sister Crystal (Morgan Obenreder).

With Mariah worried about Tessa, Kyle has stepped in to help support his friend. But as their friendship continues to grow, it could lead to romance down the line. Fans of the two will be happy if they become a couple, since they’ll be one of the show’s hottest new pairings.

Yet, a Kyle and Mariah romance will have plenty of drama, especially if Tessa returns to town. Plus, how will Summer react to her ex-boyfriend hooking up with her enemy. Also, let’s not forget that Kyle knows a secret that could destroy Mariah’s mother Sharon (Sharon Case).

So will Kyle and Mariah become more than just friends? If so, what will everyone’s reaction be to the new couple?
