The Young and the Restless Rumor: Nikki Didn’t Kill JT, A Mystery Illness Did!

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that a massive shocker is on the way in the JT Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill) storyline. Up until now, the soap opera has led the fans to believe that JT is dead and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) killed him, but it looks like TPTB (the powers that be) may take the storyline in a completely new direction.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Nikki Will Be Cleared

It looks like Y&R writers are going to let Nikki go down for JT’s murder, but that isn’t how it will play out. It’s pretty clear they will have an out for Nikki, and it will probably be something no one sees coming.

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) feels responsible for JT’s death. She feels like she should have seen his troubling behavior first. If Nikki serves time for protecting her, Victoria will never forgive herself.

The rumor mill is speculating that there will be a bombshell released that will change everything. And, Victor (Eric Braeden) will find a way to make sure Nikki, Victoria, Sharon (Sharon Case), and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will walk away scott-free.

JT’s Health Condition On Y&R

About a year ago, Y&R showed JT taking mysterious pills for a health condition. It led the fans to believe that JT has a disease or some sort. At some point, they even hinted that he would die from the illness. Then, it came out that JT had abused or mistreated Mac (Kelly Kruger) which lead viewers to assume he had a brain disorder, causing his change in behavior.

One of the most plausible rumors circulating social media is that it will come out that JT died from a health condition and not Nikki’s blow. While that wouldn’t immediately make the women innocent as they lied to the police and buried his body, it would make things easier for Victor to clean up.
