Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) brings up that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) wants someone in charge that’s more compliant. Then tells Traci that Ashley has sabotaged him. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) wants Billy to focus on beating his addiction.
Billy leaves followed by Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni) who tells them her vote is no. Once Traci is made CEO, Jack admits to giving Billy the rest of the money to pay back Jabot.
At Crimson Lights, Summer Newman (played by Bayley Corman) asks Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) if she told Sharon McAvoy (Sharon Case) about Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis Summers. They bicker as Mariah accuses Summer of wanting her to do the dirty work.
Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela) finds Lola Rosales (Sasha Cashe) helping Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) move some boxes. Later, Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) enlists Abby Newman’s (Melissa Ordway) help in convincing her aunt Fenmore’s asset. Lauren leaves and Lola spots Abby.
Arturo joins Abby and they canoodle. Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) arrives and chats with Lola. Kyle wants them to get together but she says she is busy but is free tomorrow. Kyle says he will be busy shampooing cats at the shelter.
Nick Newman arrives home and tells Sharon McAvoy that Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) sent a gift. Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) comes downstairs with Christian. Then she and Sharon go upstairs to glam up. Nick tells Christian about their new house.
Mariah Copeland comes in and overhears hears him saying that everything will be perfect. Mariah chats with Nick and asks him if he is 100% committed and asks if he has any unfinished business with any other significant women. Nick leaves.
Mariah chats with Faith who is worried and don’t want to get her hopes to high. Later, Sharon joins Mariah who is upset. Mariah tells her that she didn’t want to do this to her but she heard something. She says it’s about Nick and Phyllis Summers. Mariah tearfully reveals that Nick and Phyllis slept together a few weeks ago.

At the Athletic Club, Phyllis Summers tells Billy Abbott that she will reimburse the company tomorrow. Billy says he wants nothing to do with Jabot. Jack Abbott appears and reminds him they are family and will have his back. Jack wants Billy to follow through with rehab and Phyllis agrees. Jack leaves and Billy worries that Phyllis and Jack are forming an alliance. Then points out the way Jack looks at her. Phyllis reassures him and then asks him to be her plus one to the wedding.
In the CEO office at Jabot, Traci Abbott contemplates her new position. Ashley Abbott comes in with some papers she wants Traci to sign and Traci says she wants to read them over first. Traci says she will be out of the chair as soon as possible and Ashley warns her that the power can be addicting.
At the Abbott mansion, Nick Newman arrives with Christian. He is relieved when Jack Abbott arrives who is his best man. Jack says he wouldn’t miss it. And that’s a wrap. Don’t forget to check often with Soap Opera Spy for all your soap needs!
