The Young and the Restless RECAP Tuesday, June 26: Victor Under Pressure, Kyle And Summer Busted!

“The Young and the Restless” (YR) recap for Tuesday, June 26, 2018, reveals that over at Chancellor Park, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) have a photo shoot.

Victor Ignores Medical Issues For J.T. Hunt

After, Victor points out how uncomfortable Nikki is acting she changes the subject by bringing up his medical condition. Nikki points out how upset he was when she kept her MS symptoms from him and she worries he may do permanent damage.

Victor is more focused on finding J.T. Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill). Then talk turns to Christian and Nikki questions him if he is up for raising a small child. Victor receives a message from Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) letting him know an expose on his medical records are about to be published.

Billy Declines Kyle’s Ideas For Summer’s

Over at Jabot, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is waiting to make a pitch to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Summer Newman (Hunter King) comes in and he tries to get her to leave but Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni) and Billy arrive and she stays.

Kyle’s proposal regarding fashion sales is shot down by Billy and Phyllis and Summer jumps in and says it could work. Kyle is shocked when they say they like her ideas. Billy tells them to have it to him by the end of the week.

Kyle and Summer go out in the hall and Kyle calls her out. She tells him he wasn’t prepared and she saved his butt. Inside the office, Phyllis finds out Billy bought a yacht with company money and she is not sure that it was a good idea. Kyle thinks Summer did a great job but wonders why Billy was so quick to go with her idea. Summer suggests that they go to the roof deck even though it’s closed.

Tessa and Mariah Catch Kyle and Summer Naked

At Hamilton-Winters Group, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) digs in her purse looking for her journal. Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) walks up behind her with it in her hand and asks if that is what she is looking for.

Mariah asks her what she is doing reading her journal again and Tessa points out that she just found it. Mariah apologizes and they go downstairs to get a bite to eat. Downstairs, Mariah brings up a segment she is working on but has lost her notes.

Tessa suggests they go up to the rooftop bar to look for them. Up at the roof deck, Summer Newman and Kyle Abbott are by the pool. Summer tells Kyle they don’t need swimsuits and starts stripping. Kyle does the same and they jump into the pool.

After, Kyle brings up that skinny dipping is not something exes do together. Summer teases him and he drops his towel. They are both naked. The light pops on and Mariah and Tessa see them in all their glory.

Tessa and Mariah try to figure out what to do and Summer jokes saying they bicker like an old married couple. Later, Kyle wants to know why Summer had an attitude towards Mariah. Summer says she just thought they could all jump in the pool and play polo. Kyle thinks that would have been fun and assures Summer that they are not enemies.

Phyllis Supports Billy’s New Yacht

At Summer Newman’s place, Billy Abbott tries to get into touch with Phyllis Summers but can’t get an answer. He is afraid she is mad about the yacht so he starts to leave a message apologizing.

Phyllis appears in a captain’s outfit and tells him he had her at ‘Jaboat.’ They start making out and head up to the bedroom to play strip poker. After sex, Billy suggests next time they play on the yacht. He whispers something to her and they go at it again.

Victor’s Reputation in Shambles

Over at Newman Enterprises, Nikki Newman tries to get the truth out of Victor Newman about his condition. Victor is only worried about people being after him. Neil Winters texted Victor and tells him the article is live online.

He looks and is very upset and says it’s a disaster. Three of their biggest clients are ready to walk because of it. He phones one of the clients but they will not change their mind.
