Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) pulls off a mask and reveals that it has been him the whole time pretending to be J.T. Victor looks amused. Nick warns him it is not over and says they are things in motion that he can’t stop. Victor then threatens to expose Nick, but Nick does not believe he will. Nick doesn’t think Victor will admit to be taken by his underachieving son.
At the penthouse, Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) makes out on his sofa until he stops it. They chat about why they backed off in the past. Over at the Abbott place, Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) rants after realizing Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) got into the casket and took a bone fragment. Jill becomes emotional and talks about how much she loved Phillip Chancellor. Then tells them if they open the envelope to the results she will sue them. Jack asks her since when does the expected make her cower in fear. Jill grabs the envelope and opens it. She then reveals that Jack is not a Chancellor. Dina Mergeron (Marla Adams) walks in the room.
She wants to hit the Colonnade Room, but they put her off. Ashley Abbott arrives. She learns that Jack is not a Chancellor. Jack feels lost and does not know what move to make next. Ashley suggests he doesn’t make one at all. Ashley tells him knowing who her biological father was did not make her life any better. Dina rejoins them with a photo album in her hand that they had never seen before. Jack spots the missing pages to her diary and hence learns that Dina and Phillip never had sex.
In the suite at the Athletic Club, Billy Abbott wins his poker game as Phyllis Summers starts beating on the door. She walks in and sees him gambling and says a few choice words and takes off. Tessa wants to spend more time with Mariah and says their friendship means a lot to her. Tessa gets a call and steps away.
She asks the caller if they got their money. Phyllis and Billy walks up a little ways behind them. Tessa rejoins Mariah and jokes they have a double feature as Phyllis and Billy argue. They take off. Phyllis rants at Billy after learning he lost the yacht in a poker game. Billy tells her about the poker game Summer Newman (Hunter King) hosted at the apartment. Phyllis gets mad thinking he is blaming Summer. She leaves. Jill Abbott appears. Jill mentions Victoria Newman (Ameila Heinle) to Billy. He says his relationship is fine.
Nick Newman goes home and has flowers in his hands. He tells Sharon McAvoy that J.T. Hellstrom is no longer their problem and that he is leaving it all up to his dad to handle. He says their new life is starting tonight and they go to plan a trip when Victor Newman arrives. Sharon questions him about J.T. and Victor realizes Nick has not filled her in and suggests maybe Nick should.
He leaves and Sharon wants to know what has Nick done. Nick comes clean about pretending to be J.T. Sharon wonders if he thought about Victoria Newman while doing this and how it affected her. Nick says he done what he had to do to make sure they got Christian back. Sharon says she is not sure if she knows who he is anymore.
Back over at Crimson Lights, Mariah Copeland and Tessa Porter talk about their past. Mariah says she has forgiven Tessa. They agree it’s one of the best nights they have had in a long time.
