The Young And The Restless News: Sophie Pollono – Former Delia – All Grown Up With A Hot New Job

The Young and the Restless fans will forever remember Delia Abbott, the daughter of Billy Abbott [then Bill Miller] and Chloe Mitchell, who was killed in a hit and run accident.  Over five years later, Y&R fans still bicker over whether or not Adam Newman was really the driver, and Delia’s death set in motion a string of devastating events and complicated storylines.

Sophie Pollono played the part of the adorable Delia, and her chubby little face will be forever etched in time as Delia Abbott.  But, unlike Delia, Sophie has grown up and is quite the beautiful young lady.

Not only has Sophie Pollono continued her acting career since her Y&R days, she just booked an awesome new gig that is sure to boost her resume on the Disney Channel.  The former soap star is appearing in the hot new Disney series, “Fast Layne.”  And, she’s not just starring on the show, she’s playing the part of the lead character, Layne.
