The Young And The Restless News: Lexie Stevenson’s Devastating Loss

The Young and the Restless star Lexie Stevenson has only been playing the part of Mattie Ashby on the CBS soap opera for less than a year, but already Y&R fans are invested in the talented young star.  And, several daytime drama fans took to Instagram to support Stevenson this week after she shared a heartbreaking post on social media.

The Young and the Restless’ Lexie Stevenson revealed that her dog passed away on January 15, and she posted an emotional tribute to her dear pet, and a sweet photo.

Stevenson wrote, “You are my golden boy. My ray of sunshine. And now my angel. I’ll never forget when I first saw your nose smooshed up against the cage of your kennel at the humane society. I’d give anything to start the journey all over again with you. Rest in peace baby boy. I love you forever.”

Our hearts go out to Lexie, we can’t imagine how it must feel to lose a family pet.
