Melissa Ordway has been off the canvas for several weeks now, her character Abby Newman jetted off to Paris when Ordway gave birth to her daughter Sophie Jolie Gaston.

The Young and the Restless actress took to social media and announced that she was on the set of the CBS soap opera for a meeting, and she would officially resume filming next week.
Y&R films roughly a month in advance, so it will probably be late February or early March before we actually see Abby return to Genoa City.
