The Young and the Restless “Lane” Wedding Photos: Cane And Lily Renew Their Vows On Valentine’s Day

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Cane and Lily are looking to start things over by renewing their vows. After Daniel had his one night stand with Juliet, the couple is looking to press the reset button on their marriage.

The only people at the ceremony are the couple’s three children: Charlie, Mattie and Sam. Actor Daniel Goddard, who plays Cane on the soap, says there’s a reason for that. He told CBS Soaps In Depth, “They wanted to keep it intimate because it’s about them as a family and everything that they’ve been through. If you bring other people into this, even other relatives, whether they be blood or not, it becomes about the guests, and this needs to be about the Ashby family. Charlie and Mattie have only recently gotten used to their dad being back home.”

Also, Cane will see Lily break down and cry over Sam. As much as she says that she’s used to him, Cane knows that it’s tough on her. Right now the only thing that Lily needs is space, and that’s exactly what Cane wants to give her. Yet, Daniel does hint that there’s a huge bomb that is about to drop on Cane and Lily soon.

He added, “She’s trying to alter her schedule to be there for the baby but I think it’s just a matter of how long will she want to keep this up? On the outside, it spears she’s doing well, but on the inside, it’s a different story. Sam has the potential to drive a wedge into this family.”
