The Young and The Restless Announces Exciting News – Fans Rejoice!

It’s without a doubt that The Young and the Restless has always been a fan favorite in the daytime television world. And now it looks the show is enjoying quite a surge in popularity as a new report indicates that the soap’s ratings have jumped significantly in the last several weeks. This is great news for executive producer Mal Young and his team as many of the soaps across the board have seen a slight dip in their ratings recently.

While The Young and the Restless has always been the number one rated CBS Daytime show, CBS shared some pleasant news with their fans on social media today. That’s because both The Young and the Restless and their sister soap The Bold and the Beautiful are enjoying the fact that more fans are tuning in now than ever.

The networked shared a tweet that said, “#CBSRatingsNews: #CBSDaytime dramas #YR posts over 4 million viewers – largest audience in over a month, while #BoldAndBeautiful hit a six-week high. @CBSDaytime.”

One of the reasons why both The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful are doing so well because of their riveting storylines and of course, great acting. Just last week fans got to see Nick and Sharon almost get married. But of course, Mariah had to tell Sharon and Nick and Phyllis’ heated night of passion right before she walked down the aisle! The Bold and the Beautiful is just as dramatic these days with Liam struggling to make a decision between Steffy and Hope and Bill fighting his ex Katie over custody of their son, Will.
