The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that things will be going from bad to worse for Steffy Forrester [Jacqueline MacInnes Wood].  How much worse could things possibly get?  B&B spoilers indicate that Steffy learns Brooke [Katherine Kelly Lang] betrayed her and shared her proposal secret with her frienemy Hope Logan.

Everyone in town knows all about Steffy and Bill Spencer’s [Don Diamont] scandalous hook-up.  But, one thing that Steffy managed to keep quiet was the fact that right before Bill was shot he had proposed to her and asked her to marry him.  The only person she told was Brooke Logan, and B&B spoilers indicate that Steffy learns Brooke shared her secret with Hope.  Will Hope spill the beans to Liam?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Steffy will go in to a tail spin when she learns that Hope was clued in to her biggest secret.  It’s basically a ticking time bomb, and it’s only a matter of time before Hope blabs to Liam.

All of the stress Steffy is under, between her break-up, Bill’s shooting, complicated relationship with Liam, and unexpected marriage proposal is starting to take a toll on the expectant mother.  She was specifically warned by doctors to avoid stressful situations, and has been surrounded by nothing but stressful situations since she learned she was pregnant.

New B&B spoilers hint that Steffy’s stress levels will put her unborn baby in danger in coming weeks.  Is there a heartbreaking miscarriage in her future?
