Ridge has no idea how close Bill (Don Diamont) is to find out his role in Katie’s custody decision. Bill is about ready to blow up his connection to Judge McMullen (Joe Lando) –exposing Katie and possibly Thorne’s role in the custody scheme, too.
Dollar Bill is trying everything he can get to the truth. He believes to his core that Ridge did something shady to secure Katie’s primary custody arrangement. Bill also knows that Ridge is still angry about his treatment of Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), even though his daughter assured him that she was not taken advantage of.
The truth is, there are years of bad blood between these men and now they are fighting for something that means a great deal to them both—Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) love. In the end, one of them will walk away with the grand prize of Brooke and neither man will give up.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers state that Ridge, Katie, and Thorne will learn that the judge revealed everything he knew to Bill. They will panic knowing that Bill will probably use this information against them. Thorne worries he could use this scoop to put him behind bars. In the end, Bill lets Thorne and Katie off the hook and he will put the sole blame at Ridge’s feet.
