Bill Spencer is very appreciative of Brooke Logan Forrester’s loyalty and will make a vow to never hurt her again. Bill hopes that by showing Brooke just how much he has changed that one day she will come back to him. He will let her know that she means the world to him and everything he does now is for her and because of how much he cares for her.
