After sharing a tender moment, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) makes a new proposal of marriage to the woman he loves. But first he and Steffy Forrester Spencer (Jacqueline Wood) will talk about what Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) put Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) through just like he did to them.

Bill keeps trying to dictate everyone’s life and they are getting tired of it. Liam will ask Steffy if she think Sally deserved everything Bill did. Steffy points out that nothing keeps Sally down for long.
