The Bold and The Beautiful RUMORS: Bill Takes Drastic Measures, Will NOT Lose Custody Without A Fight

The Bold and the Beautiful rumors indicate that Bill (Don Diamont) will resort to drastic measures to win custody of Will (Finnegan George).

This week Bill heads to court, where he’ll be fighting Katie (Heather Tom) and her new husband Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) for custody of Will. Katie thinks she has the upper hand due to Bill’s past transgressions with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang).

While it looks like Katie may win full custody, Bill’s not going down without a fight.

Bill’s known to play dirty to get what he wants. With his parental rights about to be taken away, Bill’s going to do whatever it takes to get custody of his son, including making Katie look like a bad mother.

Since Katie’s going to use Bill’s past against him, it’s not surprising that he’d use the same tactic against her.

Her heart transplant and health issues are bound to come up in the court hearing. Bill could use that to cast doubt in the judge’s mind. Aside from Katie’s heart problems, Bill is also going to bring up Katie’s battle with postpartum depression and how she abandoned Will shortly after his birth.

While it’s bad that Bill would use this against Katie, he’s a ruthless man and has shown he isn’t afraid to take down his enemies, even if it’s his ex-wife. Bill tried to talk Katie out of the custody battle, but when she refused to back down, he had to formulate a plan to ensure that he didn’t lose.

With both side preparing for court, things are going to turn ugly, especially if Bill tries to paint Katie in a negative light. If Bill brings up Katie’s past, she may end up regretting her decision to fight for full custody.
