The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Wednesday, August 29: Thorne Meddles, Pressures Katie To Fight Bill For Custody

“The Bold and the Beautiful” (BB) recap for Wednesday, August 29, 2018 reveals that over at Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) place, she and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) continue to go back and forth over the custody of their son.

Bill Vows To Use Dirt Against Katie

Katie tells Bill that he is like a stranger to Will and tells him she thinks he should leave. Bill reminds Katie that there was a time that he was Will’s only parent, when she had postpartum depression and when she was drinking. Bill vows to use that against her in court.

Thorne Wants Carter To Talk To Katie

At Forrester Creations, Thorne Forrester (Ingo Rademacher) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) talk about Katie Logan having a case. Thorne tells Carter that he is not asking him personally to take the case since Family Law isn’t his speciality. Carter informs him he has worked child custody cases before and Thorne wants him to talk to Katie.

Liam and Hope’s See Their Baby

Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) arrives at her ultrasound appointment and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) joins her. The nurse recognizes Liam and leaves. Liam tells Hope he is concerned and she asks what he is concerned about then says what if the baby looks more like me then you. Dr. Phillips (Robin Givens) arrives. She wants a word with Liam. He assures her everything is all good.

Hope then says she should’ve asked Steffy Forrester Spencer (Jacqueline Wood) who her OBGYN was. They proceed with the ultrasound. Liam starts assuring the doctor once again that everything is good between him, Hope, and Steffy. They see their baby on the screen and the doctor tells them they have a healthy beautiful baby. They admire their ultrasound picture. They are both excited and kiss.

Justin Suggets Bill Give Katie Full Custody

At Spencer Publications, Bill Spencer arrives and tells Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) that the chair he is sitting in belongs to him. Justin brings up that he thought he was spending the day with Will. Justin then suggest Bill give Katie sole custody. He says he will still have full visitation and will be the cool parent. Bill disagrees.

Bill has learned from his past mistakes. Bill and Justin talk about Bill’s track record and Justin doesn’t think he stands a chance in court. Bill tells Justin that he is forgetting that he has 8-10 judges on speed dail who will take his call. Bill says if he was neglecting Will he didn’t realize it. Bill wants Justin to talk to Katie and help him out. He wants him to scare her from taking it to court.

Thorne Pressures Katie To Take Bill To Court

Back at Katie Logan’s, Thorne Forrester and Carter Walton arrive. She tells them that Will is upstairs watching a movie. Katie wants to know what is up and Thorne tells her he wants to help create stability in Will’s life. She guesses that means going against Bill in court. They all chat about how Bill Spencer has been absent in Will’s life. Katie shows Carter her records.

Carter wonders what Bill’s other two sons would say about his parenting style. Thorne tells Katie she should be the one to decide how much time Bill gets with Will, Katie seems reluctant. Katie says she has made mistakes too and Bill will come after her. Thorne gives her a pep talk. Thorne tells Katie he wants to make sure Will gets the childhood he deserves. Katie says she has to think about. Thorne presses her.
