The Bold and the Beautiful RECAP Tuesday, September 4: Hope’s Big Scare – Bill Threatens Thorne

“The Bold and the Beautiful” (BB) recap for Tuesday, September 4, 2018 reveals that over at the doctor’s office, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) is frantic when they can not find the baby’s heartbeat.

Hope’s Baby Scare

Finally they find the heart beat and the doctor says everything appears to be fine.  The doctor wants Hope to take it easy for the next few days. Hope and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) are relieved and ready to get home.

At Forrester Creations, Steffy Forrester Spencer (Jacqueline Wood) fills Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) in on Hope Logan being rushed to the doctor. Brooke doesn’t understand how this could be happening. Steffy points out they all need to be there for one another.

Katie and Thorne Heat Up

At Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) place, she and Thorne Forrester (Ingo Rademacher) chat about why they never got together before now and start kissing. They are interrupted by Katie’s phone, but she sees it’s Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) and doesn’t answer. Katie’s phone rings again and it’s the mom of Will’s friend. Will wants to come home. Katie tells them that she is on her way to get him.

Over at Spencer Publications, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) wants legal advice from Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears), but he reminds him family law is not his expertise. Bill says he is fighting for his son with all that he has got. Bill blames Thorne Forrester for the custody battle. Justin advises Bill to handle it out of court and wants him to go talk to Katie.

Back at the doctor’s office, Hope Logan notices she has a missed call from her mom and returns her call to fill her in. After, Hope breaks down in tears because she was so scared. Liam Spencer comforts her.

After the phone call with Hope Logan, Brooke Logan Forrester fills Ridge Forrester and Steffy Forrester Spencer in. Steffy leaves. Brooke tells Ridge that she is going to cancel Hope’s meeting for the next day. Brooke doesn’t want Hope pushing herself. Brooke is proud of Steffy, Hope, and Liam Spencer for looking out for the next generation.

Bill Tells Thorne to Back Off

Bill Spencer arrives at Katie Logan’s place only to find Thorne Forrester. Bill says he will wait on Katie to return. They bicker back and forth over Katie. Thorne reminds Bill that he and Katie are divorced and he has no say in her personal life. Talk turns to the custody of Will and Bill reminds Thorne that Will is his and Katie’s son. Bill wants Thorne to back off, but Thorne says he is going to be there for Katie.

Liam Spencer and Hope Logan arrive home. Liam looks after Hope and has her to take it easy. There is a knock at the door and it’s Steffy Forrester Spencer checking on Hope. Steffy sits with her and tells her she is glad she and the baby are okay. Steffy feels for Hope. Hope tells Steffy it means a lot that she is concerned.

Liam was skeptical they could put aside their history and come together as a family but is glad it is happening. Hope thanks Steffy for being able to put everything in the past.
