The Bold and the Beautiful RECAP Tuesday, May 29: Wedding Cancelled, Steffy Asks Liam To Come Home

“The Bold and the Beautiful” (BB) recap for Tuesday, May 29, 2018 reveals that upstairs at Brooke Logan Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) place, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) questions Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) if he knows what Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) has told him is for certain true.

Liam and Hope Postpone The Wedding

Liam explains to her how it all went down. She realizes that everything has been based on a lie. Liam says Steffy Forrester Spencer (Jacqueline Wood) tried to tell him and he just didn’t listen. Hope wants to know what they are going to say to their guest. Hope asks Liam if he regrets what has happened between them and he says no and that he has always loved her. She tells Liam that her answer is still yes, but not today. Liam says he hates himself for doing this to her. They both break down in tears and decide to postpone the wedding.

Steffy Happy Everyone Knows The Truth

Over at the cliff house, Steffy Forrester Spencer receives a text from her dad letting her know that everyone knows she has been telling the truth. She is overjoyed.

The Wedding Guests Speculate If A Wedding Will Take Place

Downstairs, at Brooke Logan Forrester’s place, everyone is trying to make sense of the bomb Wyatt Spencer just dropped. Thorne Forrester (Ingo Rademacher) sees it as speculation. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) wants to know if Wyatt was the one that relayed this lie to Liam Spencer and when Wyatt says yes Ridge tells him nice work. Brooke says she is going upstairs and Eric Forrester (John McCook) tells her not to so they can have their private time. They bicker back in forth about if the wedding will still happen or not.

Katie Apologies To Wyatt

Alone, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) apologizes to Wyatt Spencer and tells him that she loves him more knowing this is where he draws the line. Wyatt brings up he will no longer have anything that his dad has offered him and Katie is okay with that. Katie then tells him that she has a lot of Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) money and she will take care of them.

Brooke Blasts Wyatt

Brooke then lashes out at Wyatt asking him if he had something to say then why didn’t he say it before instead of coming there deliberately spoiling her daughter’s day. Wyatt starts to apologize again and Ridge tells him to stop and reminds him that he came in and told the truth. Then adds the timing of it really is not relevant and looks at Brooke and tells her she shouldn’t of planned the wedding so quickly. Brooke continues to lash out as Hope Logan and Liam Spencer comes down the stairs.

Hope Tells The Guests The Wedding Is Off

Hope let’s all the guest know she has called off the wedding for now and they have to take time to deal with the slander they just learned about. Liam tells Hope he wishes he could fix this for her and let’s her know that he loves her. Hope says she still believes in them. She goes to get changed.

Wyatt Lets Bill Know The Wedding Did Not Happen

Over at Spencer Publications, Bill Spencer wonders what is taking so long for some kind of conformation about the wedding. Bill wants Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) to call Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) to see what is going on and he refuses. They bicker back and forth on whether the wedding will happen and if the truth will come out. Bill is confident that his son is married by now. Justin leaves. Wyatt arrives to let his dad know there was no wedding and he told Liam everything.

Steffy Asks Liam To Come Home

Back at the cliff house, Steffy Forrester Spencer takes a call from her dad and he fills her in on what Bill Spencer did and everything that has taken place. He tells his daughter that Liam Spencer will be at the cabin soon and suggest that she goes to him. Steffy arrives at the cabin and Liam let’s her know he was going to come see her. He apologizes for not listening to her. Liam tells her if he had not believed the unbelievable they would still be together. The baby kicks and they enjoy that moment together. Steffy asks Liam to come home.
