“The Bold and the Beautiful” recap for Tuesday, July 31, 2018 reveals that over in Brooke Logan Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) bedroom, she and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) chat about Steffy Forrester Spencer (Jacqueline Wood).

Brooke Shocked Steffy Is Marrying Bill

Hope fills Brooke in on Steffy running to Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) after she caught her and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) together. Then she tells Brooke there is more. She let’s Brooke know Steffy plans on marrying Bill. Brooke is shocked that Steffy would consider marrying Bill. Brooke is excited what this news could mean for Hope and Liam. Hope tells Brooke not to get ahead of herself.

Ridge Urges Liam To Fight For Steffy

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) arrives at the beach house to have a chat with Liam Spencer. Ridge wants to know how Liam could do the things he did to his daughter. Liam says he made a mistake. Ridge wants him to fix things. Ridge wants Liam to take some responsibility and fight for his little girl. Ridge points out that Steffy is just lashing out. He wants Liam to do something before it is too late.

Bill Sends A Driver

At the cliff house, Steffy Forrester Spencer chats with her nanny then there’s a knock at the door. A guy is there to pick up Steffy for Bill Spencer.

Bill Wants To Marry Steffy Today

At home Bill Spencer awaits Steffy Forrester Spencer arrival. He and Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) chat about Steffy becoming his wife. Justin wonders what the rush is. Steffy arrives and Justin leaves. Bill wants to discuss his and Steffy’s future. He wants to get married today.

Bill Prepares His House For Kelly

Bill takes Steffy to show her a nursery he had done for Kelly. Steffy is blown away by it. Bill has Steffy a wedding dress there as well and wants to get married in his home. Bill assures Steffy he will never let her down. He then tells her that he will be the greatest step-father Kelly could ever have. Steffy tells Bill it looks like he done some serious shopping and he says he enjoyed every minute of it.

Bill Tells Steffy She Will Learn To Love Him

Bill points out nothing matters more to him then Steffy and Kelly, not even Skye. Steffy questions if he really wants to get married right here and now. Bill tells her he is ready. Bill tells Steffy that he knows she does not share the same love for him, but he knows she will. He then tells her let’s become Mr. And Mrs. William Spencer.
