The Bold and the Beautiful RECAP Thursday, May 24: Ridge Tells Liam He’s Marrying Based On A Lie

“The Bold and the Beautiful” (BB) recap for Thursday, May 24, 2018 reveals that over at Brooke Logan Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) place, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) receives a video call from Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and she fusses at him that he knows he is not supposed to see the bride before she walks down the aisle.

Wedding Prep Starts

They talk about their wedding day finally being here and say they will see each other soon. Downstairs, Brooke Logan Forrester is telling the decorators how she wants things done and the caters too. Katie Logan (Heather Tom) arrives. Right behind her Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) arrives and he says best man reporting for duty.

Katie and Wyatt Discuss His Lie

Alone Katie and Wyatt discuss the lie that he is withholding. Katie still wants him to keep it to himself but Wyatt is not so sure. Eric (John McCook), Quinn (Rena Sofer), and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) all arrive. Back upstairs, Brooke and Hope chat. The rest of the guest arrive and start mingling.

Quinn Feels Bad For Ridge

Quinn tells Ridge that this day has to be hard for him and he points out that his daughter is at home alone and miserable. Eric says he feels bad for Steffy Forrester Spencer (Jacqueline Wood) but is very happy for Hope. Ridge then adds that they should’ve waited until after the baby was born and walks out. Upstairs, the Logan women are all together and they have a gift for Hope which is a keepsake that was passed down in the family. Hope thanks them all for being there for her.

Steffy Tells Her Mom She Regrets What Happened With Bill

Over at the cliff house, Steffy Forrester Spencer rubs her belly and is in tears over Liam Spencer getting married. Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) walks in. Steffy hugs her mom and is surprised to see her. Steffy tells Taylor that Liam and Hope are getting married today. Then she lets her mom know that someone got into his head that she was still involved with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). Taylor comforts her daughter. Steffy wishes things were different. Steffy regrets what happened. They play the blame game of who could’ve got into Liam’s head.

Wyatt Tells Liam He Wants What’s Best For Him

At the cabin, Wyatt Spencer walks in to help Liam Spencer for the big day. Liam tells Wyatt he is the best man he is supposed to be their first thing in the morning with donuts and coffee. Liam laughs and tells Wyatt he was just joking and he doesn’t mean to make him nervous. Liam tells Wyatt that he and his bride are the only two people he can count on. Wyatt is happy that Liam asked him to be his best man and tells him he always wants what is best for him.

Ridge Tells Liam He’s Marrying Based On A Lie

They hug. Ridge Forrester walks in and wants a minute with the groom. Ridge wants to appeal to Liam one last time on his daughter’s behalf. Ridge tells Liam that he is getting married based on a lie. Wyatt stands to the side with a look of guilt on his face. Ridge and Liam bicker back and forth. Ridge walks out angry. Liam talks about Steffy Forrester Spencer’s betrayal and tells Wyatt that he saved him a lot of pain.

Hope Is Ready To Get Married

Back over at Brooke Logan Forrester’s place, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) shows up. Upstairs, Brooke tells Hope Logan that it is time to get her in her dress and they share a group hug. Later, Brooke and Hope share a private moment and Brooke asks her if she is nervous. Brooke assures her that she and Liam Spencer are going to have the most wonderful life and they embrace. Downstairs, Wyatt and Liam walk in from being out in the cabin. Brooke comes down to let everyone know they are almost ready to start.

Katie Urges Wyatt Not To Come Clean

Wyatt and Katie have a moment alone and Wyatt is overridden with guilt. Wyatt questions if being quiet is what is best. Katie tries to convince him not to tell.

The Wedding Starts
