The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Thursday, April 26: Hope Wonders If She’s Being Unfair Or Jealous

“The Bold and the Beautiful” (BB) recap for Thursday, April 26, 2018 reveals that over in the office at Forrester Creations, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) asks Steffy Forrester Spencer (Jacqueline Wood) what time her appointment was set for because he is helping Hope and she tells him she is leaving now.

Liam and Steffy Head For Her Ultrasound

Hope asks if the appointment is an emergency and if something is wrong and Steffy tells her no it’s just routine. Liam says he doesn’t know how close he and Hope are to being finished. Hope speaks up and says it feels like we are just getting started but they can catch up later over a family dinner. Liam and Steffy leave.

New Intern Emma Flatters Brooke and Ridge

In the office across the hall, Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) is hard at work when there’s a knock on the door, it’s the new intern Emma (Nia Sioux). She brings a file for Brooke in which she had been looking for. Emma talks about her passion for fashion. She tells Brooke that when people think of Forrester Creations they see her face and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) walks in and says “thank heavens for that cause this ugly mug couldn’t sell a single gown.” Emma is embarrassed and says she should go. She leaves. Ridge says he knows how to clear a room it’s a gift of his. Ridge and Brooke flirt some and kiss.

Brooke and Ridge Disagree

Brooke says she needs to go give the file to Steffy, but Ridge fills her in on Steffy being on her way out to an ultrasound appointment. She questions Ridge about if Liam Spencer is going with Steffy and he tells her yes. Brooke doesn’t like Liam ditching his meeting with Hope. Ridge tells her an ultrasound always trumps a Hope For The Future meeting. Brooke says a commitment is a commitment. He says exactly right, a martial commitment, a parental commitment. She sighs.

The Doctor Concerned About Steffy’s Baby

Liam Spencer and Steffy Forrester Spencer arrive at the ultrasound appointment. They talk about being nervous and in walks the doctor. The doctor asked Steffy how she has been doing and Steffy says she has been having some back pain and she says that is normal. They look at the baby on the screen and talk about how big she has gotten. The doctor is doing measurements of the baby and Liam wants to know if there is anything, in particular, they are looking for. The doctor looks concerned and has Steffy to cough for her then says they are gonna try something different. The doctor has Liam to go get an orange juice from the nurse and says make sure it’s the coldest one we got. She tells Steffy there is no reason to be alarmed, that she is just not seeing something that she needs to be seeing.

The Baby Finally Moves, Liam and Steffy Relieved

Liam and Steffy demand to know what’s going on and she says she can’t get the baby to move and asks if they can come back next week then change it to a few days. Liam asks the doctor what she is looking for because he noticed she panicked while looking at the spine and then asks if it is spina bifida. He had read up on it. She says yes that could happen and it seems to be a potential risk. They are in panic mode. Then the baby starts moving. She tells them everything is fine. They are relieved and hug.

Hope Feels Steffy Is Using Her Pregnancy To Get Liam Back

Hope Logan crosses the hall into the office where her mom is working. Brooke tells her that she is gold they had a moment alone. They talk about working together and how much it means to them. Hope tells Brooke about Liam Spencer’s idea for the scarves and she loves it. She then tells her about Liam going to the ultrasound appointment and Hope feels Steffy is using her pregnancy to reel Liam back in.

Hope Wonders If She is Being Unfair Or Jealous

Then Hope says maybe she is not being fair but does every conversation have to be about the baby. Hope talks about Steffy always rubbing her belly and Brooke says she did the same when she was pregnant that it’s like a protective reflex. Hope asks her mom if she is being unfair or jealous.That’s a wrap. The last five minutes was interrupted.
