The Bold and the Beautiful RECAP Monday, May 14: Wyatt Overhears The Truth, Knows Bill Used Him

“The Bold and the Beautiful” (BB) recap for Monday, May 14, 2018 reveals that over at Brooke Logan Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) place, her and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) chat about the situation with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Steffy Forrester Spencer (Jacqueline Wood).

Ridge Insists Bill’s Web Of Lies Behind Steffy/Liam Breakup

Ridge does not understand the sudden change of mind. Brooke tells Ridge that she knows he is upset about the situation and reminds him none of it is Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) fault and that her daughter deserves her happiness. Brooke tries to convince Ridge that Hope and Liam are in love and should be married. Ridge tries to convince Brooke that Liam is being played by his father and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) would do anything to be with Steffy. Ridge says Steffy and Liam aren’t together because of Bill’s web of lies and Brooke disagrees she says it is because of the night they spent together. Ridge insists Bill is behind it.

Hope Shows Off Her Wedding Ring

Over at Forrester Creations, Hope Logan shows off her engagement ring to Rick (Jacob Young), Maya (Karla Mosley), and Thorne Forrester (Ingo Rademacher). The new intern Emma (Nia Sioux) is there as well. Thorne congratulates her. Rick points out the fact the Hope is using the same ring. Thorne wants to know when the wedding is and Emma offers to help. Hope shares how her engagement went down. Talk turns to Ridge Forrester not being happy about the wedding. Hope wishes everyone was happy for her. Thorne asks if things are tense between Ridge and Brooke Forrester.

Wyatt Suggests Liam Slow Down

Over at the cabin, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) arrives to see Liam Spencer. Liam thanks him for telling him the “truth” about what was going on with Steffy Forrester Spencer and Bill Spencer. Wyatt tells Liam he took the news better than expected. Wyatt doesn’t understand how Steffy could betray Liam. Wyatt questions Liam if he is sure he is ready to marry Hope Logan. Liam then realizes he didn’t check with his brother first being that he and Hope have history. Wyatt tells him not to worry about him. Wyatt wants to know what Liam’s rush is and tells him to catch his breath before marrying someone else. Liam asks Wyatt to be his best man and appreciates his support. Wyatt states for the record he didn’t actually see what went on in the room just the aftermath. Liam gets caught up in it and Wyatt tells him to let it go. Liam is excited that his daughter is going to have two moms and is happy to build a future with Hope.

Over at Spencer Publications, Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) points out the fact that Steffy Forrester Spencer did not betray Liam Spencer to Bill Spencer. Justin says he is not proud of helping Bill. Bill tells him to quit whining. Justin reminds Bill there is a lot of repercussions to what he is doing. They bicker back and forth on how he is ruining lives. Bill tells Justin that patience is not his strong suit and he does not want to hear another word about it. Bill walks back in his office and says to Justin you’re still here and Justin will not drop what Bill is doing. They argue about it and Wyatt arrives and overhears at the door. Justin screams he set up the intimate scene for Bill and Steffy is totally commitmented to Liam. Wyatt is furious by what he is hearing.
