Steffy says she gave Brooke a chance to come clean, but she didn’t. In the design office, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) is shocked by what Brooke is telling her. Brooke warns Katie that she can not tell anyone. Katie doesn’t want to keep this from Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) but Brooke says she can handle it without the courts or anyone else. Katie brings up how Brooke defends Bill and can tell she still cares for him.
Brooke insists she sees both sides and says they need to make things right. Katie realizes she would have to make an overture with Bill and keep Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) crime a secret. After, Brooke goes and joins Ridge in the other office. Ridge lets Brooke know that he knows she was with Bill. Brooke says she didn’t tell Bill anything then rants that Ridge went too far. Ridge then says, You and Spencer, really? How could you do that to us?”

Down in the studio, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) informs Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) that Steffy Forrester Spencer gave him a job back at Forrester Creations. He is confused when she is not excited for him. She admits she doesn’t necessarily see it as good news and when Wyatt starts to get upset she says she is just pulling his leg. She hugs him in excitement.
Quinn wants to know if he told his father. Steffy joins them and Quinn thanks her. Wyatt has some ideas for work, but Steffy is distracted due to Brooke Logan Forrester and Bill Spencer.
At Spencer Publications, Bill Spencer tells Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) that he still doesn’t understand how the judge could rule against him. Justin hopes Brooke Logan Forrester can get Katie Logan to have a change of heart.
