The Bold and the Beautiful RECAP Friday, May 25: Wyatt Stops The Wedding, Tells Liam The Truth

“The Bold and the Beautiful” (BB) recap for Friday, May 25, 2018, reveals that over at Brooke Logan Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) place the wedding gets underway. Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) begins officiating. Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) stands by with a guilty look on his face. Rick (Jacob Young) and Maya Forrester (Karla Mosley) recite a poem.

Rick lets Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) know how happy he is for them. Brooke says some sweet words to her daughter and they embrace. Then it’s the best man’s turn to speak. Wyatt says Liam has become his hero and someone he looks up to. And points out Liam always does the right thing and he doesn’t but he should.

Wyatt doesn’t feel worthy of being the best man. Then he wraps it up with saying that Liam and — Hope’s love for each other is a constant. Carter asks if anyone objects. Wyatt flashes back to what Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) did. Wyatt then stops the wedding and tells Liam he needs a word with him now in private. Everyone stands around wondering what is going on and speculate.

Upstairs, Liam wants to know why Wyatt pulled him away from his wedding and tells him it could have waited until after the ceremony. Wyatt says it couldn’t wait and then adds it is about Steffy Forrester Spencer (Jacqueline Wood) and Bill. Liam gets frustrated and starts to walk out and Wyatt blurts out it was all a lie. Liam wants to know what was a lie with a shocked look on his face. Wyatt says he should have came to him as soon as he found out but there was no ongoing affair and it was all a set up by Bill.

Over at the cliff house, Steffy Forrester Spencer sits and reflects. Steffy tells her mom that Liam Spencer should be there with her and their child. Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) agrees. Taylor feels Brooke is pushing him down the aisle. Steffy considers crashing the wedding. Steffy wishes she could prove Bill Spencer is behind it all. Taylor feels guilty about what she done and knows she can not take on Bill without him turning her in. Taylor starts laying all the blame on Brooke Logan Forrester and compares her to Bill. Steffy tells her mom the name she chose for the baby. Taylor likes it. Steffy feels that she let her daughter down and Taylor comforts her. Steffy says she is not giving up.

Over at Spencer Publications, Bill Spencer stands with a glass of whiskey in his hand and reflects as well. Bill and Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) chat about Liam Spencer and Hope Logan getting married. Bill says he just wants what is best for his son. He points out Hope is Liam’s future and Steffy Forrester Spencer will be with him. Justin reminds Bill that Steffy is committed to Liam and that Wyatt Spencer may crack. Bill thinks Wyatt will not risk losing all he gave him. Justin and Bill bicker back and forth about what Bill has done.
