The Bold and the Beautiful RECAP Friday, August 17: Brooke Threatens Taylor And Steffy

“The Bold and the Beautiful” (BB) recap for Friday, August 17, 2018 reveals that over at Brooke Logan Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) place, she tries to talk Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) out of inviting Steffy Forrester Spencer (Jacqueline Wood) and Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) to the wedding. She does not think they should risk it.

Hope Adds Steffy To Her Wedding List

At the cabin, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) fills Hope Logan in on Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) accepting to be his best man. She has news for him as well and she let’s him know that she has added Steffy Forrester Spencer to the guest list. Liam worries it will be awkward for her. She let’s him know that she wants them to be able to come together and not be at odds anymore and that’s why she invited her.

Taylor Believes Hope Is Abusing Steffy

Over at the cliff house, Taylor Hayes thinks that Hope Logan is emotionally abusing Steffy Forrester Spencer. Steffy reminds her she gave up Liam Spencer and wants her full support without her causing any trouble.

Taylor takes a call from Brooke Logan Forrester who wants to see her and she finally agrees to do so. Steffy is not very sure it’s a good idea for her mom to go, but Taylor said this conversation has been years in the making. Later, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) comes by and Steffy fills him in on her being worried about her mother.

Steffy let’s him know that both her and her mother will be attending the wedding. Ridge does not think it’s a good idea. Ridge is sure that Taylor will not sit there and behave. Steffy wants them to put their differences aside and that is why she is going, but Ridge does not seem very convinced.

Brooke Tells Taylor and Steffy To Stay Away

Taylor Hayes arrives at Brooke Logan Forrester’s place. Taylor accuses Brooke of encouraging her daughter to go after Steffy Forrester Spencer’s man. Brooke exclaims, “How dare you!” Brooke wants them to start over.

Taylor then brings up when Brooke went after her husband, Ridge Forrester. Brooke tells Taylor that Liam Spencer chose to be with Hope Logan and they need to respect his decision. Taylor then points out he only chose Hope because Steffy took herself out of the equation.

Brooke thinks it will be best for Steffy and Taylor to not attend and wants Taylor to convince Steffy to not come. And that’s a wrap. Don’t forget to check often with Soap Opera Spy for all your latest soap needs!
