The B&B star is an avid cyclist, and recently had a scary fender bender with a car while out on his bike. The actor shared a photo of his bicycle helmet with a small scratch on the side and stated that he was “hit by a car.”

Winsor Harmon appears to be doing well after the scary run-in, although the actor did state that he was in physical therapy now for his neck, shoulder, and back. Sadly, his bike didn’t fare so well.
Harmon wrote, “Due to being #hit by a #car while #training, #diet #now is #more #crucial than #ever #I’m #OK #NOTHING #BROKEN #extremely #scarybut #IM #ALIVE.”
