General Hospital: Scarlett Fernandez Hits The Beach Despite Her Injury

It looks like nothing is going to bring this little cutie down! General Hospital star Scarlett Fernandez, who plays Charlotte on the hit ABC soap, recently shared a photo of herself having a fun time at the beach. Unfortunately though, the little cutie was in a cast, as the actress recently suffered a rather scary injury.

According to previous reports, Scarlett was rushed to a local hospital only a few short days after she made her local gymnastics team. The injury was unrelated to the sport, but it has her sitting out for the next several weeks, nonetheless. Even though she was rather upset about having to skip out on gymnastics, Scarlett is making the best of her free time with her family and her close friends.

The brunette beauty captioned her new Instagram photo with, “Little bit of wind, but it sure beats the heat! #minifern #clamdiggers#matildajaneclothing #scarlettischarlotte.”

Many of Scarlett’s fans shared their well-wishes along with their concerns in the comments section while writing, “Glad you are feeling better and able to enjoy some beach time ..: that is a great remedy.”

Another fan wrote, “Glad your still having fun and enjoying the weather with your injury. Hope you have a speedy recovery.”

Now, as far when Scarlett will make her way back to Port Charles remains to be seen. For now the young cutie is enjoying her free time away from school and from work, and simply doing what many young girls her age do: and that’s have fun!
