The 45th Daytime Emmys are almost here and as you can imagine, everyone is getting excited and already making predictions as to who will walk away as a winner this year and who will need to work a little harder for next season.
For the Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama series, there are five talented young actors who are vying for the award. Rome Flynn (Zende) from The Bold and the Beautiful, Casey Moss (JJ) and Lucas Adams (Tripp) from Days of Our Lives, Tristan Lake Leabu (Reed) from The Young and the Restless, and Hudson West (Jake) from General Hospital.

NATAS has released the video submissions in the category for soap fans to enjoy. And from what we can tell, it is going to be a very tight race! Rome Flynn definitely gave it his all before leaving his role as Zende late last year. Young Hudson West had an incredible season as the young Jake in the midst of all the Jason and Drew drama in Port Charles. And of course, Tristan Lake Leabu gave several riveting performances as the troubled Reed who was not only battling his own problems but his issues with his parents, Victoria and JT.
