So Bill is sticking with his story that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is his shooter. Do you think by chance that Bill is just confused by the events that happened that night?

 Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will join Steffy Forrester Spencer (Jacqueline Wood) back at the beach house that they once shared together.
