Meanwhile across town, Bill takes another run at Steffy Forrester.  He is determined to make her realize that he is the man for her, not his son Liam.  Bill is acting downright insane, but will Steffy fall for it?  Or pretend to fall for it so that Bill doesn’t have her mother thrown in jail?
