Wyatt reveals some shocking news – apparently he has been subpoenaed to testify in court on Bill’s behalf…against Katie Spencer [Heather Tom].  Talk about awkward!  Where will Wyatt’s loyalties lie – to his father or his ex-girlfriend Katie?

Meanwhile across town, Bill and Ridge Forrester [Thorsten Kaye] continue to spar.  Bill makes it very clear that he has no intention of backing down, nor letting Thorne raise his son.  The battle lines have been officially drawn.
