Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will ask Steffy Forrester Spencer (Jacqueline Wood) to marry him and he will take Steffy’s refusal of his proposal of marriage as a personal challenge. Bill will not be ready to give up just yet.
Charlie Webber (Dick Christie) will tell Pam Douglas (Allison Mills) that she needs her meds and that she knows how wound up she gets without them.
