Hey, “General Hospital” (GH) fans! Want to see what to expect on the “GH”  Tuesday, February 20? Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) may be named the next Mayor of Port Charles. It seems his odds of winning have improved by the minute.  His mood has improved as he informs his wife Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), who vows to stay by his side.

While Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) looks frantic and talks with Kevin Collins.  ABC General Hospital spoilers hint Franco is on edge and continues to have nightmares. Kevin asks him “What did you remember?” Check out the video above for all this and more on Tuesday’s episode of General Hospital.
