GH, Y&R, B&B DOOL Pre-Empted For Christmas And New Year’s Breaks – Schedule Here!

It looks like there are going to be quite a few changes in the programming schedules for the four major daytime television soaps. Here’s everything that you need to know for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
Christmas Eve Schedule
According to reports, The Bold and the Beautiful, Days of Our Lives, and The Young and the Restless will all air new episodes on Monday, December 24th. General Hospital will air a special holiday encore from 2005.
Christmas Day Schedule
On Christmas day, all three soaps will air another new episode, with the exception of General Hospital, which will not be seen due to the ABC network’s sports programming schedule.
New Year’s Eve Schedule
On New Year’s Eve, The Bold and the Beautiful will air a repeat episode. Both Days of Our Lives and The Young and the Restless will air new episodes while General Hospital will air an encore from 1997.
New Year’s Day Schedule
On New Year’s Day, only The Young and the Restless will air a new episode. The Bold and the Beautiful will have a repeat, Days of Our Lives will be off the air and General Hospital will be pre-empted once again.
