General Hospital Stories That Need To End NOW!

At this point, one can only say that certain General Hospital Storylines are beyond monotonous. Some of these stories need a fork stuck in them and thrown in the garbage disposal because they were DONE months ago and have been under the heat lamp too long.

The Memory Mapping Story

Somebody find that damn flash drive already and get this over with. Drew’s [Billy Miller] constant griping about living with Jason’s [Steve Burton] memories is becoming borderline pathetic and totally unnecessary. Just let Drew have his own life back already and let it come out that he’s far from the straight-laced guy he acts like. Drew needs his holier than thou attitude shattered.

Nelle Framing Carly

Do these writers honestly believe that none of the General Hospital viewers have stepped foot in a courtroom? A witness is not allowed to talk to each other and sure would not be allowed to talk to the defendant in a case, that D.A would have been on Jason and Carly [Laura Wright] for witness tampering.

General Hospital’s Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] and Jason would have been cited for contempt of court. Sonny would have NEVER had to testify against his wife and Jason would have been dubbed a hostile witness long before Bobbie was. Nelle [Chloe Lanier] would have also slipped up and been caught ages ago, this General Hospital story has been graveyard ready for months now.

Sam/Jason/Drew Triangle

WHAT TRIANGLE? A triangle generally has an affair, a little sneaking around here and there and is actually worth watching. What do we get? Sam [Kelly Monaco] constantly wanting Jason to help Drew. Break Peter out of jail for Drew, find the flash drive for Drew, talk to the Marines for Drew.

Yet Sam loves spending time with Jason and working on cases with Jason, but goes into business with Curtis?   What is wrong with this picture? Sam shared a PI business with Spinelli [Bradford Anderson] on General Hospital, why would she not ask him to go back into business first? Decide who you want already Sam, this triangle is totally obtuse.

Peter August

What is the point of this character? He comes to town and gets Nathan West [Ryan Paevey] killed because he’s not man enough to kill Faison [Anders Hove] himself and what? Peter has the flash drive with Drew’s memory but Dr. O kidnaps him and plans to torture a confession out of him.

So what is Peter’s connection to Drew? We know there is a connection because Faison told us that, well we are tired of playing Paul Harvey and waiting for “The Rest Of The Story” spit it out already!

What Happen To Jason Those Five Years?

We know Robin Scorpio-Drake [Kimberly McCullough] saved Jason at Creighton Clark but then what? How did Jason end up in Russia and why did Peter choose to put him there? What happened to Jason in all that time? Why are we not seeing a flashback of drugged Jason dreaming of coming home to Sam and Danny? Why don’t we have flashbacks of his struggle to be released? And why is Jason’s return about everyone BUT Jason?
