General Hospital Star Tamara Braun Shares Surprising Confession

Not many people know this, but it looks like Tamara Braun was pulling double duty during her early days on General Hospital. Even though the actress quickly rose to fame thanks to her role as Kim Nero in Port Charles, she’s always remained humble and grateful for the early days in her career.

As a matter of fact, Tamara says that she even worked at a hotel in Los Angeles while she was filming scenes for General Hospital at the same time.

Knowing that anything can happen at any time, Tamara never quit her job at a local hotel even though she was also on General Hospital. Seeing just how fickle and how cut throat the entertainment industry can be, Tamara kept her job at the Four Seasons – just in case. She recently explained why she did so in a lengthy post on social media.

“I was working at The Four Seasons hotel in LA when I booked it and asked to stay on the schedule ‘on call’ because I may need that job again,” she wrote on Instagram. “One day they called for a weekend shift. They were in need. I had been airing on the show daily for maybe five or six months at the time. I went in. I worked the shift and I was happy to do it and extremely grateful for all the years they helped me survive by employing me so I could pay the bills.”
