We’ve got good news for Tamara Braun fans and that’s because we will soon be seeing her on primetime television again. New reports indicate that the General Hospital star has just clinched a new role on an upcoming television pilot.
According to Tamra Braun’s website, Tamara will soon be starring in a new show called Throttle. While we don’t know many details about the series yet, we do know that Tamara will be playing a character by the name of Kate Smith. The series will focus on a tech billionaire who secretly builds a crew who follow his every move. He also uses his wealth and his connections to take down criminals in the name of modern justice.
The billionaire also has a mission to bring down a corporate empire that killed his family. Sounds pretty intense, doesn’t it? The series should hit the small screen sometime in 2019.
In the meantime, it looks like fans have been enjoying Tamara in Port Charles as Dr. Kim Nero. She has been on the soap since 2011 but has been taking on-again, off-again breaks to pursue other screen projects. In fact, last year was a pretty busy one for Tamara, as she starred in several different television movies including Stalked By My Ex, Abduction of Angie, Bosch, Her Dark Past, and more. In addition to her work on General Hospital, Tamara also starred as Ava Vitali and Taylor Walker on NBC’s Days of Our Lives. Talk about a pretty busy woman!
