According to new reports, Maurice is currently in New York City on the set of the film. The movie is about a group of New York City police officers and how their lives collide in interweaving stories of race, rank, loss, and betrayal. The film also stars Robert Clohessy, Fredro Starr, Tobias Truvillion, Anthony ‘Treach’ Criss, and more.
Now, as far as those who are worried that the film might take away from Maurice’s time in Port Charles, don’t worry. The actor plans on pulling double duty in the next several weeks.

He will be filming scenes for the movie in New York City while still continuing his work at General Hospital in Los Angeles. It might sound like it’s difficult but for a veteran and a pro like Maurice Benard, it should be a piece of cake!
Of course, many fans know that Maurice is also one of the biggest stars on both the big screen and daytime television. In addition to General Hospital, he’s also recently completed work on the upcoming film Nightmare Cinema.
Last year he was also in Hold On, A Lover Betrayed, The Ghost and The Whale, Joy, Confession and the television series Castle.
