Daytime television actress Laura Wright has a lot to be thankful for these days. The General Hospital star, who is currently dating Wes Ramsey, has a beautiful family, wonderful kids, and a mother who is still with her today, despite her health issues and complications.

The beautiful blonde recently took to her Instagram account to share a photo of her mother.  Laura, who is best known for her role as Carly Corinthos on General Hospital, shared a sweet pic of her mom for her social media followers this week.

The beautiful actress often likes to share photos of her family and her life behind the scenes on her Instagram account.

She captioned the photo with, “I have to post this BEAUTIFUL picture of my Mom just taken…. my mom has emphysema and struggles every day to breathe – to walk through the house. Just to walk outside to the car is extremely difficult for her and some days it’s emotionally very difficult… and frustrating to say the least for my mom .”

Laura also added, “But when the days are good and this day looks like a good day we need to celebrate and share !!!! You look BEAUTIFUL Mom !!!! I Love You !!!!!”

Awww! We definitely need more inspiring posts and words like this on social media. It’s great to see Laura’s mother feeling and looking good, even if it’s just a for a moment. It’s also without a doubt that she is very proud of her successful daughter!
