General Hospital Spoilers: Will Ryan’s Ego Be His Downfall?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) downfall will be his own ego! Because of his desire for recognition, Ryan may brag to someone, probably Ava Jerome (Maura West) about all his murderous exploits and may even tell her who he really is!

However, it’s much more likely that he will stay in his “Kevin” persona and brag about himself in second person, and anyone who really knows Kevin will know that is just simply – not Kevin! The LAST thing Kevin would do is glorify Ryan and his murders!

Even though Ryan obviously doesn’t want to be “outted” as himself or be captured, it doesn’t mean that he is not getting perturbed about “his brother” not being given the recognition he feels is due for being such a successful and cunning serial killer! Ryan, like Kevin, may start trying to draw peoples’ attention to what a brilliant sociopathic mind Ryan “had” and this type of talk will prove to be his undoing.

He may be able to smooth talk his way out of being suspected as the killer by offering to “consult” with the Port Charles Police Department and convince Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) to keep him in the loop as “Dr. Kevin Collins” for the time being, which of course keeps him one step ahead of the police, but when he starts wanting recognition for Ryan and bragging Ryan up for the crimes of twenty-five years ago, possibly even comparing the “new” killer’s work to that of Ryan, that should set some wheels spinning in the right direction!

Down the road, General Hospital spoilers tease that Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will go to Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) for help. Does this mean Laura is starting to figure out that not only is “Kevin” not himself but that he’s really Ryan? Will Felicia recognize Ryan-like behaviors and attitudes that Laura doesn’t?
