General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday, November 21: Ava Faces Nina’s Wrath – Cameron’s Stunning Admission – Jason and Sam’s Predicament

“General Hospital” spoilers for Wednesday, November 21, tease that Josslyn (Eden McCoy) will greet Cameron (William Lipton) at the door. She’ll wish him a Thanksgiving, but he’ll have something more important on his mind. Cam will want to have a conversation about his deep feelings for Joss, but it’ll take an unexpected turn. There’s a good chance Josslyn will get a huge shock during this heartfelt chat.

General Hospital Spoilers – Alexis Reaches Out

It looks like Cameron may spill the beans or at least hint at Oscar’s cancer diagnosis. That should leave Josslyn reeling, but things will be calmer across town. Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will insist that she doesn’t want Oscar spending Thanksgiving alone. If he won’t be with the Quartermaine clan for this special occasion, maybe Alexis can convince him to join her celebration instead.

Meanwhile, Sonny (Maurice Benard) will work on convincing Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth). She may put up a fight on holiday family time, but Sonny will do his best to nudge her into it. Over with Jason (Steve Burton) and Sam (Kelly Monaco), they’ll come together for Thanksgiving as well. Sam will jokingly tell Jason to leave, but that’s not happening. In fact, they’ll end up stuck together overnight!

Other General Hospital spoilers say Nina (Michelle Stafford) will get some stunning news. She’ll be taken aback when she learns Ava (Maura West) drugged Sasha (Sofia Mattson) as part of her plot. Nina’s surprise will quickly turn to fury. She’ll decide to corner Ava and really let her have it in Wednesday’s episode.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina On The Warpath

Nina will rant about her daughter being given a roofie. She’ll warn Ava to leave Sasha alone – or else. Across town, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) will get fed up with Spencer (Nicholas Bechtel). He’ll make a comment that Spencer perceives as a threat, so expect some tension for these two.

Sasha will catch them sparring and wonder what she’s walked in on. Her presence should be enough to stop the showdown for now. However, Sasha’s arrival could also kick off another one. Valentin has made it clear that he wants Sasha out of Port Charles, so she’ll remain a massive risk. He knows that if Nina finds out Sasha isn’t her biological daughter, there’ll be a steep price to pay.

GH fans will also see another Laura (Genie Francis) and Ryan (Jon Linstrom) faceoff. An emotional Laura will get riled and demand the truth from her “husband.” “Kevin” will snap that the truth hurts, so he may drop an Ava bomb. Ryan could easily suggest that his former patient is the reason for his split from Laura.
