General Hospital spoilers tease that Wednesday January 31 will be one for the record books and GH fans won’t want to miss a moment of the ABC soap opera. Grad your Kleenex, it’s going to be a real heartbreaker!
General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday’s episode of GH showing a distraught Maxie [Kirsten Storms] pleading as she stands by and watches her husband Nathan West [Ryan Paevey] flatline after being fatally shot by Faison [Anders Hove]. The GH medical team rushes to try and revive West, but Paevey and TPTB have already confirmed Nathan is leaving the soap opera, it doesn’t look like they will be able to save him.

Speaking of Faison, it appears he will pull through from the shooting. And, General Hospital spoilers tease that Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] and Drew Cain [Billy Miller] will pay the villain a visit and demand answers. Of course, Faison is never cooperative, in the preview video Cesar laughs in their face and jokes that they should be thanking him for the twin switcheroo.
In other General Hospital spoiler news, Curtis runs in to Lulu, who is working on her next article. Despite being kidnapped and the shootings, Lulu doesn’t seem too affected and is focused on her work. Curtis mentions that he hopes there’s a happy ending.

While Curtis is chatting up Lulu, Jordan Ashby [Vinessa Antoine] is stuck dealing with an angry Aunt Stella. Jordan has some serious problems to deal with in Port Charles, but Stella demands that she help her out. What is going on with Stella these days?
