General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday, January 24: Maxie’s Ultrasound Scare – Lulu’s Life On The Line – Jason Needs Faison’s Son As Bait

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, January 24, 2018 show confrontations happen and scary moments occur when least expected.  Questions about love are asked and favors are asked between long-time acquaintances.  Faison continues to be on everyone’s mind as his reign of terror continues in  Port Charles.  Wednesday’s episode is one GH fans definitely do not want to miss!

General Hospital spoilers reveal as Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) should be enjoying her pregnancy with first time dad, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), she has a scary moment during her ultrasound and asks Dr. Kim Nero (Tamra Braun) what is wrong.  Is everything okay with Maxie and Nathan’s baby?

Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) has captured Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) as she attempted to free Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) when she found her on Spoon Island.  He is furious with Lulu, confronting her and demanding to know if she truly thinks she could outwit him.; pointing to Liesl, on the ground, saying her article about Nathan’s paternity turned out like this.  Will anybody realize Lulu is now missing too?

GH sources tease Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) meets with Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) at the Metro Court and questions him about his love life; wanting to know when he is going to tell Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) that he loves her.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Anna goes to visits Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), now being  forced to turn to the mobster, after her failed talk with Peter August (Wes Ramsey).  Anna tells Sonny she needs to ask him for a favor.  Will he be willing to help him after she went behind his back and redirected the emails away from him, in order to protect Faison’s son.

Meanwhile, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) makes it very clear that they need Faison’s son; but which son is he referring to – Nathan West or Heinrich?
