General Hospital Spoilers Tuesday, June 19: Chase Plots To Take Nelle Down – Michael Doubles Down – Mary Pat Has Her Eye On Carly

“General Hospital” spoilers for Tuesday, June 19, tease that Finn (Michael Easton) and Anna (Finola Hughes) will continue to connect. They’re falling deeper in love every second they’re together. There’ll inevitably be more obstacles, but Finn will think they can figure everything out. They’ve made it this far, so they’ll both hope they can stay on this romantic path.

Meanwhile, Sam (Kelly Monaco) will have a chat with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). It appears she’ll get the scoop on her mom’s latest mission. Alexis has been chatting with Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) lately. She wants to get to the bottom of her issues and she seems to be making progress.

Sam will praise Alexis’ efforts and urge her to make some changes. She’ll be proud that her mother’s heading down a better road. At GH, Franco (Roger Howarth) will meet up with Kevin (Jon Lindstrom). They’ll talk about the upcoming “Friz” nuptials and Franco’s plans for the future.

Kevin will note he’d like to give Franco a wedding present on tomorrow’s General Hospital. Will this involve a tangible gift or perhaps just some advice? Either way, Franco should appreciate what Kevin has to offer. Over with Liz (Rebecca Herbst), she’ll catch up with Scott (Kin Shriner). He’ll sense that she’s a bit out of sorts, so he’ll seek some answers.

Liz may admit that there’s been a hint of wedding drama. Franco tends to get pushy about inviting Liz’s family, but it’s making her uncomfortable. Liz would much rather keep this gathering simple and light. She doesn’t want anything to spoil their big day, but Franco thinks he knows best! Will Franco’s good intentions lead to terrible consequences? Stay tuned to see what’s ahead for this couple.

For now, General Hospital spoilers tease that we can watch Nelle (Chloe Lanier) squirm. Michael (Chad Duell) will have a conversation with his ex at The Floating Rib. He’s been keeping Nelle close with a goal in mind. Michael hopes that with a little manipulation, he can expose Nelle’s lies and score Carly’s (Laura Wright) freedom.

During their discussion, GH spoilers indicate that Michael will talk about how there are no more secrets between them. There are actually plenty of secrets on both sides! As Nelle worries about her own being revealed, she’ll ponder the past. Nelle will think about all her mistakes and regrets, but she can’t turn back the clock. All she can do is try to move forward, but Chase (Josh Swickard) could easily get in the way.

“General Hospital” spoilers say Chase will make a crucial phone call. At the PCPD, he’ll go over Nelle’s file and tell someone that the trail just got a little warmer. It’s clear that Chase wants to take his former flame down. Will he succeed or get caught in her web again? You can bet that Nelle will do whatever she can to save herself.

Finally, Carly (Laura Wright) will focus on the task at hand. At Ferncliff, Carly will try to please Mary Pat (Patricia Bethune) and ease the current misery. She’ll hope it’ll score her some points, but it looks like it’ll raise suspicions instead. Mary Pat will definitely think something’s up with her new patient.

Janitor Jason (Steve Burton) will sweep and watch Carly nearby. He can’t stop the nightmare yet, but he can at least watch out for her in the meantime.
