“General Hospital” spoilers for Tuesday, July 24, tease that Ava’s (Maura Wright) deception will continue. During a tense conversation, Ava will carefully sidestep Griffin’s (Matt Cohen) questions. She’ll keep changing the subject, but Griffin will eventually put a stop to that. He’ll try to figure out what’s up with Ava, but she won’t be too keen on telling him the whole truth.
This could be about Carly (Laura Wright) and everything she’s going through at Ferncliff. Ava’s hiding Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) blanket and protecting several secrets for her manipulative assistant. She also smelled Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) cologne recently, so that’s stirring up more trouble. Ava may struggle to keep her involvement in all this under wraps.
Over with Kiki (Haley Erin), she’ll want Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to be honest. Kiki will ask about her chances of winning the case against Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva). She’ll hope for good news, but nothing’s guaranteed here. That’s especially true since Kiki hasn’t disclosed her hookup with Griffin. Alexis has no idea, so that shocker could come out in court and blindside her.

At GH, General Hospital spoilers indicate that Peter (Wes Ramsey) will explain his decision to Nina (Michelle Stafford). He chose to stay quiet about Nina being Liesl’s (Kathleen Gati) accomplice, so Nina will naturally be curious. Why didn’t Peter take them both down? He’ll probably point to Nina’s compassion as the reason why.
It’s clear that Nina was torn the whole time. Plus, she truly wanted to save Peter from the fire. “General Hospital” spoilers say Nina will be thankful for Peter’s silence, so maybe these two will be on better terms from now on. Meanwhile, Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will have another chat with Drew (Billy Miller). She might bring up her latest hotel room discovery.
Margaux found an empty envelope with Drew’s name on it, so she could potentially renew the flash drive search. She’ll at least get a little more info from Drew. It sounds like he may explain the memory mapping drama, so Margaux will have many questions. Unfortunately, they’ll have to table this discussion. DA Dawson will undoubtedly be a busy woman thanks to Peter’s capture.

Other “General Hospital” spoilers say Nelle (Chloe Lanier) will remain furious. She believes Michael plans to divorce her after the baby’s born, get custody and leave her with nothing. As a result, Nelle will offer a dark hint. She’ll allude to what’ll happen if she doesn’t get what she wants.
Michael will feign confusion and ask for clarification, but Nelle should backtrack a bit. She’ll realize this needs to be a sneak attack. Of course, that’s exactly what Jason’s (Steve Burton) afraid of. Nelle’s unhinged and unpredictable, so Jason won’t have a ton of faith in Chase’s (Josh Swickard) plan.
At the boxing gym, Jason will convey his fears. He’ll suggest that Nelle’s takedown won’t matter if Michael ends up dead. However, Chase will provide plenty of reassurance. He’ll probably insist that his plan’s foolproof, but some crazy twists are ahead in this storyline.
