General Hospital Spoilers Thursday March 22: Sam Confesses To Drew – Nelle Pleads With Michael – Franco’s Tough Choice

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, March 22, reveal, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) is uncertain of his future. Now that he and Drew Cain (Billy Miller) have been rescued from certain death, General Hospital’s Elizabeth Webber wants complete honesty from her former fiancé.  She tells him he needs to come clean with her.  Franco is faced with a choice; tell the truth and risk losing Elizabeth or keep quiet and still lose her.

General Hospital spoilers state Nelle Benson (Chole Lanier) grows frustrated.  She argues with Michael Corinthos and  tells him it is horrible that he refuses to see how completely unhinged his mother Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is when it comes to her.

General Hospital spoilers show Carly is pleasantly surprised. She stops by GH to tell Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) she really wants to talk to her about Joslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt). Kim has never really been in favor of the two teenagers dating but perhaps she has had a change of heart after the earthquake.

General Hospital spoilers say Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) rises to Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) defense. While having lunch with Alexis, Finn accuses Julian Jerome of being jealous of his friendship with Alexis.  The two have been developing a rather cozy friendship and it may be possible Alexis will use this to her advantage to make Julian jealous since she has seen him several times cozying up with Kim at Charlie’s.

General Hospital spoilers also state Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) encourages Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) to live her life. Andre is very worried about his friend and asks her if she is any closer to finding Henrik Faison (Wes Ramsey).  He fears she is putting too much effort into finding the child she gave up and is not spending enough time on herself.

Now that Drew is safe, General Hospital Sam Cain (Kelly Monaco) believes it is time to be honest with her husband about her true feelings for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).  She takes his hand and says she needs to tell him what really happened.
